What can you haul off a demo site?
Broken concrete, asphalt, and clean dirt. Keep concrete separate from dirt where you can, and pull heavy rebar aside if it's mixed in. No trash, green waste, or mixed debris.
How do you price haul-off?
By material, volume, and location. Tell us roughly how many tons or loads are piled and whether it's stockpiled or still in place. You get one number, and a delivery slip for every load out.
What fill goes back in?
Clean fill dirt to raise grade, compacted in lifts, then Class 2 or CAB if a slab or pavement is going back on top. We'll schedule the backfill around your compaction.
How a demo job runs with us
We send haul trucks and they sit on site while your crew loads them. Trucks get 20 minutes, then standby is $140 an hour.
Concrete and asphalt go to a recycler and come back as base rock. We do not take metal or wood.
When we're not the right fit
- We're delivery only. There is no yard to visit, so you can't pick up material or look at it before it arrives.
- We provide delivery slips with every load, not certified weight tickets.
- There is no minimum. Small orders pay the regular delivery fee, and super sacks and bags cover the small ones.
